ZACHARY SOTO
Zachary Soto (Zac) has practiced privacy, cybersecurity, and corporate transactional law for over 14 years. His experience includes working at multiple AMLAW 100 law firms, and acting as in-house counsel for a leading Data Center and Cybersecurity company.
In addition to having a decade of experience in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law, Zac is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional under U.S. law. Zac’s Privacy Law and Cybersecurity practice assists businesses in healthcare, financial services, education, and a variety of other industries with compliance and regulatory questions regarding applicable data and information privacy laws around the world, including but not limited to data transfer, collection and retention regulations, and data breach response requirements.
Zac’s Corporate Transactions and Commercial Contracts practice assists domestic and international clients with a wide range of business law needs, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, commercial contracts, finance transactions, business restructuring, and employment matters. Zac has also provided legal counsel to businesses in highly regulated industries such as cybersecurity, healthcare, logistics and telecommunications.
Zac is fully bilingual (Spanish) and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
